I&ME 2006

The first pilot of I & Me was a two weeklong art project hosted at Studio Voltaire. A week of workshops and a weeklong exhibition of the work produced during the workshops alongside work by the artist educators.

The exhibiting artists each run a daylong workshop with young people from across London. The workshops were based on their own practice, and the overarching theme of the exhibition, in this case, self-identity. More specifically the workshops focused on how self-expression can generate communication and exchange between individuals.
